WordPress is a free but extremely powerful CMS platform that I use to build all of my websites.
It is very easy to use and I have created an Ultimate WordPress Guide that shows you step-by-step how to set-up a website.


ThriveLeads ThriveLeads

ThriveLeads is a premium WordPress plugin that allows you to easily and quickly create stylish opt-in forms to grow your mailing list.
I have done a lot of research on different opt-in solutions and the main reason I chose to go with ThriveLeads is because you get the best value for your money.

I personally use FileZilla for web development as it allows me to connect to web hosting services quickly and easily.


Notepad++ Notepad++

Notepad++ is a much more superior version of Notepad.
If you do any type of code modifying then this free editor will definitely make your life easier.

Google PageSpeed Insights is a free tool that measures the loading speed of your web pages.
The PageSpeed Score ranges from 0 to 100 points. If you score 85 or above means it the page is performing well.


Google PageSpeed Insights Pingdom

Pingdom is an alternative to Google PageSpeed Insights.
They both work great so which one you use is really a personal preference.

Responsinator is a free tool that allows you to easily see what your website looks like on various mobile devices.

Yoast SEO is a free plugin that helps you easily and effectively increase your websites Search Engine Optimization.

SEO SpyGlass SEO SpyGlass

SEO Spyglass is an amazing SEO tool that allows you to find all of your competitors backlinks and calculate quality of each link.
The software is very easy to use and is packed with a lot of great features.
There is also a limited free version for you to try but I guarantee that you will want the full version once you see what it’s capable of.

SEO Spyglass is part of the SEO PowerSuite which has everything an SEO expert needs.

Google Search Console was once known as Google Webmaster Tools but has now been re-branded. The Search Console is a collection of free tools and resources to help you monitor your website’s performance in the Google Search index.

Facebook Group Poster is an incredibly powerful software allowing you to automate your Facebook Marketing by automatically joining and posting to groups!
This software also has some very handy features built-in such as post bumping, the ability to grab group member data and more.

aWeber is the best email marketing service and is used by almost all of the top internet marketers in the world. AWebber is a premium service but it is definitely worth the price if you are serious about your marketing.


MailChimp MailChimp

MailChimp if you are not yet ready to invest in your email marketing then you can use MailChimp’s free mailing plan.
MailChimp is very limited compared to Awebber but it is a great way to get started with email marketing.

Camtasia Studio is a premium screen recording and video editing software that I use to create all of my training videos.


Dropbox Dropbox

Dropbox is a free service that makes it possible for you to access your files from anywhere in the world. If you are one of those people who email files to themselves then you will definitely love Dropbox.

I personally use Dropbox to sync files across all of my devices, share them with friends/clients and even to backup anything I think is way to important to ever lose.


OneNote OneNote

OneNote is similar to Dropbox but for Notes.
It is a free software that allows you to sync your notes between multiple devices.

I personally use OneNote on my mobile phone to write down any ideas that come to mind while I’m away from the computer.
It is basically an enhanced version of the default iPhone application ‘Notes’.


Skype Skype

Skype is a free software that you can use to make video and audio calls, exchange chat messages and much more.
Skype is available on both computers and mobile devices.

I personally use Skype for business calls.


Photoshop Photoshop

Photoshop is a premium image-editing software that I use to create or modify images for my websites, videos and presentations.


7-Zip 7-Zip

7-Zip is a free open source software that lets you compress and uncompressed files.
7-Zip is just like WinZip and WinRAR but a much newer and better.


feedly feedly

feedly is a free service that allows you to organize, read and share the content of your favorite sites all in one place.
Instead of going to your favorite sites each morning to check for new content you can simply just go to feedly and view it all from there.

I personally use feedly each morning to ensure that I am up to date latest information on Internet Marketing and SEO.


ListenToYouTube ListenToYouTube

ListenToYouTube is a free web service that allows you to extract the audio from a YouTube video and turn it into an mp3.

I personally use this to download Audiobooks, Seminars and other Educational material that I can listen to in my car or on the move.


Lightshot Lightshot

Lightshot is a free tool that you can use to quickly take screenshots and make simple modifications such as adding Arrows, Lines, Text and more.
With a single click you can also quickly upload the screenshot to your Lightbox account allowing you to easily share it with a link.

I personally use Lightbox to show issues or to help clients with their tasks.


Malwarebytes Malwarebytes

MalwareBytes is the best Anti-Virus software and has never let me down!
There is a free and premium version of the software but if you are not experienced with viruses or prefer a higher level of protection then I recommend you go with the premium version (click here for 25% discount).

The free version does not provide you with real-time protection which means you will need to perform scans manually to detect existing viruses on your system and by then it may be too late.
